This week, we discuss "The Resting Tree." It's time to hold still and allow life to unfold, as well as consciousness and awareness of our actions and thoughts and how they affect others - the ripple effect.
Then the treatment is focused on the Cranial Nerves, in particular, VI - Outward visions and Dreams, X - Vagus Nerve (our Antenna), and XII - Enunicaiton (I'm) and how these affect ourselves and others—included are some simple exercises to activate these senses.
As mentioned, Keith & Angel are teaching 12 Senses Qigong next month. This great form focuses on exercises around the head and neck. It is great for acting out your 12 senses and head injuries.
